Returns & Refunds Policy

At Buyrite Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of its receipt.

• If your return is approved, we will issue either:

  • A credit note to your account, or

  • A refund to your original payment method (e.g. bank account)

Please note that the refund method may vary based on your account and agreement with us.

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.

• If the item was sold with “Free Delivery”, please note that our actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
