Its Milkrite Warranty ensures its durability with a minimum of 2,500 milkings or 6 months, when utilized per Delaval and manufacturer instructions.
To provide optimal teat safety, the liner must securely fit the teatcup and be of adequate length to collapse around the teat base.
Liners are the only part in contact with the cow and are of utmost importance for mastitis prevention and efficient milking.
As liners are composed of rubber, they can generally only be used for 2,500 milkings, and are easily susceptible to damage from chlorine and other milk production chemicals.
Deterioration can lead to rough texture, splitting, and perishing, hindering cleanliness and increasing cross-contamination between cows.
