Simple Mixing & Feeding Manual mixing: Whisk powder into half-volume hot water at 50 °C, top up with warm water, and feed at 38–40 °C 

  • Automatic feeder: Calibrate per manufacturer; set distribution temperature to 38–40 °C 
  • Feeding plan: Feed twice daily until 28 days; optional once-a-day from week 5. (Typical mix rates: 140 g/L for twice-daily; 200 g/L for once-a-day.) Offer ad-lib straw/hay and water from week two.
